Frame Bracing |

Frame Bracing refers to the horizontals and diagonals that tie the posts together, thus forming a frame. The different bracing combinations are used to provide the appropriate strength to the frame. Horizontal bracing is used on the top and bottom of the frame and diagonal bracing is used to form the Zed (Z) or Cross (X) bracing in the middle of the frame. The Frame Bracing is produced from a 25mm square tube and is available in powder or galvanised coated finishes. The Frame Bracing options and styles are: · Standard bracing · Zed bracing (Z) · Cross bracing (X) The configuration and style of the diagonal bracing used on a frame is dependent upon the loading on the frame. It provides a wider range of frame weight capacities and resistance to unexpected sideways forces from vibrations and sudden impacts from forklifts, or high winds in installations out in the open. |
